Security & trust
Your drawings are your business.
You are handing a tool your live bid set. Here is exactly what happens to it: what we send, how long we keep it, and what we will never do with it. No adjectives, just the facts your IT reviewer is going to ask for.
How your work is handled
Built to sit on a live bid without you worrying.
We never train on your drawings
Your sheets and the quantities we read off them are never used to train our model. What we learn from your bid stays with your bid. Your drawings do not become someone else’s takeoff.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
The sheet is encrypted on the way to our model and encrypted wherever it sits while the takeoff runs. Nobody is reading your set off a wire or a disk.
Deleted once the takeoff is done
We keep your sheet only as long as it takes to answer your request. When the markups come back, the copy goes. We are not building a library of your drawings.
Access is controlled and logged
Access to customer work is restricted by role, not open to anyone with a laptop. Your set is not browsable by the office.
Tested by people who are not us
Our endpoints are put through external penetration testing. We would rather a security firm find it than a contractor mid-bid.
Your IP stays yours
Your drawings, your quantities, your bid. We do not sell them, share them with third parties, or use them to help anyone else price the work.
Where your sheet goes
The whole path, start to finish.
Four steps, no surprises in between.
You ask, on your own sheet
The desktop app runs on your machine, against the Bluebeam Revu you already have open. Nothing is imported, nothing is exported.
The model reads the sheet
To take off a set, our AI model reads it. That trip is encrypted, and the sheet is used to answer your request and nothing else.
Markups land in your Revu
The takeoff comes back as native, editable Revu objects. Destructive changes stop at a confirm card and wait for your OK.
The copy is deleted
Once your takeoff is back on your screen, our copy of the sheet is gone. The only lasting record is the one in your file.
What it will not do
Being clear about the limits is how you trust the number.
You check the number, not us
The model proposes the takeoff. It lands as markups you can see, nudge, or delete, so you can square it against the sheet yourself. Nothing is hidden in a black box you have to take on faith.
Undo in one click
A markup it drew is removed by a single Undo in your tool, exactly what it added and nothing else. You are never stuck with a write.
A copilot, not autopilot
It does the takeoff you asked for. It does not add markups you did not request, reach into files you did not open, or change a set on its own.
Still have questions? Ask them.
Bring your IT reviewer to the demo. We would rather answer the hard questions on a call than have you find out later.
