Why we started
Watch an estimator work and you see the same thing every time. A senior person with thirty years of judgment, spending their afternoon tracing the same slab they traced last week. The software they paid for sits there and watches them do it.
The measuring is the part a machine should do. The judgment is the part it should never touch. That line is the whole company: our model reads the sheet and does the counting, and the estimator keeps every decision that matters.
We built Caliente to give that afternoon back. Thirty years of judgment should go into winning the work, not into tracing the same slab twice. That is the person we get up for.
